About Us
With a passion for Vintage & Resale Clothing, Kathleen and Sharon opened the “Owl Talk” Clothing Boutique in 1994. Sharon had just received her degree in “Fine Arts Illustration, from “Otis/Parsons”, and Kathleen worked at the Italian
Pizza Pie joint in Eagle Rock.
In October of 2005 they received a “Congressional Award for “Empowering Women in Business”.
In the State of California, from Senator Jack Scott.
